1960-1986
Gia Marie Carangi was one of the "first" ethnic supermodels that blew onto the fashion scene in the late 1970s and early 1980s. She was on the covers of Cosmopolitan and Vogue, making way for those we know as Cindy Crawford and Christy Turlington. Although she was loved for her looks, it was not about that to her. She was lonely trying to deal with the people of the fashion world, a world no one knew more about until it was too late....An angel gone too quick.....Gia We Love You... |
